How do I book a resort or hotel in Maldives and when is my booking confirmed?

Are the rates given by Global View Maldives per room or per person and is breakfast included?
The rates mentioned are per person (pax) per night. Whether breakfast is included and the charges for extra beds and/or persons are subject to the resort or hotel policy and mentioned under the booking options and restrictions.
Is there a minimum required stay?
This is depending on the policy of the resort. Most resorts and hotels in Maldives require a minimum stay around Full Moon, Christmas or New Year. Note the applicable booking restrictions per resort below the price table.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are depending on the policy of each individual resort. In most cases cancellations are only possible at least 1 month prior to check-in date. The administration fee is on no account refundable.
Payment
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. You can pay to the resorts or hotels we offer with a credit, debit or a master card. You can pay us via Bank Transfer only, since we accept this method at the moment.
What other methods of payment do you accept?
You can choose to pay to us by using a credit card (once PayPal is confirmed), wire transfer or direct banking. Paypal Service will come soon. Using Paypal is easy, secure and it is free. PayPal is the largest company handling online payments. Our account is listed in the coming soon, since PayPal doesn’t provide the full service in Maldives yet.

How do you know that the payment is coming from me?
The email address you provide or the permanent address while paying makes it possible for us to link the payment to your booking. If you want you can also enter your bookings number as stated in our email so we can link the payment to your reservation.
What currencies do you accept payment in?
Our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) but payments will in general be made in United States Dollars or Euros. When converting the total amount into Euros we will calculate the currency rate on the day we will send you our e-mail stating the total costs.
I encounter problems trying to pay, what can I do?
In case you encounter problems, please send us an email. We will then email you a solution and we will keep the room(s) a bit longer for you.
